It has an area of 30 km² including 9 municipalities in their entirety and parts of four others. Ribeiro DO (Denominación de Origen) is a wine region within the Galicia autonomous region of Spain. It is located between the famous Rias Baixas to the west and Ribeira Sacra to the east.
